Minnesota Licensed RN Specialist

Job Summary

To support a specialized endoscopy clinic, the remote Minnesota Licensed RN Specialist will assess patient needs, implement nursing interventions, and evaluate care outcomes while coordinating with healthcare team members.

Key responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and identifies expected nursing outcomes
• Implements nursing interventions based on the plan of care
• Delivers care as delegated by the physician or authorized practitioner to the assigned patient population

Required qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Specialty training or graduate classes related to clinical area of practice
• 5 years of hospital or clinic experience or 2 years of specialty/critical care experience with specialty certification
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
• MN Registered Nurse (RN) License
