Minnesota Licensed RN Specialist

Job Summary

To support a specialized nursing team, the remote Minnesota Licensed RN Specialist will perform independent nursing and delegated medical functions, including patient assessment, care delivery, and coordination of care in an endoscopy clinic setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and identifies expected nursing outcomes
• Implements nursing interventions based on the plan of care and evaluates patient responses
• Delivers care as delegated by physicians to assigned patient populations

Required qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Specialty training or graduate classes related to clinical area of practice
• 5 years of hospital or clinic experience or 2 years of specialty/critical care experience with specialty certification
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) License
