Job Summary
Providing assistant controller-level support to healthcare clients, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Senior Accountant will manage financial reporting accuracy, assist with complex general ledgers, and guide account classifications in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial reporting accuracy for assigned clients
- Prepare and finalize month-end close, including monthly reporting packages and KPIs
- Coordinate project tasks and assist in the development of best practices for client workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience focused on financial reporting and general ledger management
- Experience with full-cycle accounting for senior living organizations
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes
