Minnesota Licensed Service Coordinator
Job Summary
Managing a full caseload of clients, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Service Coordinator will complete the intake process and educate clients and their representatives while providing high levels of customer service in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Complete the intake process for new clients and their representatives
- Provide education and support to clients regarding available services
- Maintain a high level of customer service while managing client needs and documentation
Required qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities
- Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field preferred
- Experience with Waivered Services and/or PCA is a plus
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services
