Minnesota Licensed Speech Pathologist

Job Summary

To support K-12 students in Minnesota, the fully remote, contract-based Minnesota Licensed Speech Pathologist will deliver high-quality speech and language instruction through Teletherapy, evaluate student progress, and collaborate with school staff to implement individualized treatment plans.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging speech and language instruction via Teletherapy, fostering rapport with students
• Evaluate students' speech and language levels and develop actionable goals based on findings
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals while collaborating with school staff and administrators

Required qualifications

• Active SLP license from the Minnesota Department of Health and valid Related Services license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board
• No disciplinary actions on any held licenses
• Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and teletherapy in a school context
• Reliable technology setup, including webcam, headset, stable internet, and a private workspace
• Authorization to work in the United States
