Job Summary
Delivering engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction in a fully remote capacity, the Minnesota Licensed Speech Pathologist will evaluate students, design individualized treatment plans, and document progress while collaborating with school staff on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate students' speech and language levels and create actionable goals
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEPs
- Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals while collaborating with school personnel
Required qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license from the Minnesota Department of Health
- Valid Related Services license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board or willingness to pursue reciprocity
- Experience with tele-health platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school context
- Reliable technology setup compliant with FERPA standards
- Authorization to work in the United States
