Job Summary
To support patient care through tele-hear programs, the full-time Minnesota Licensed TeleHear Provider will counsel patients, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist local providers in the sales process while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Counsel patients and assist local providers in the sales process
- Troubleshoot technical and tactical problems with the remote sales process
- Provide diagnostic, sales verification, or troubleshooting support remotely as needed
Required qualifications
- Audiology Degree (Master's OR Au.D.)
- 3 years of retail dispensing experience
- Working knowledge of market and business practices, especially tele-hear
- Expert knowledge of software systems including MS Office and Starkey programming software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
