Minnesota Licensed Triage Nurse
Job Summary
To support the oncology team, the part-time Minnesota Licensed Triage Nurse will provide remote telephone triage and clinical support for patients, working 32 hours every two weeks with a schedule of Mondays and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Key responsibilities
- Assesses patients to identify health, safety, or educational needs
- Implements nursing interventions based on the established plan of care
- Facilitates continuity of care through collaboration with the healthcare team
Required qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 5 years of clinical RN experience with strong assessment skills
- Experience in patient education and proactive disease management
- Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Basic Life Support certification upon hire
