Job Summary
Providing operational and clinical leadership, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Triage Supervisor will oversee RN triage staff, manage daily workflow, and ensure quality standards in a remote setting while supporting patient access and triage services.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily triage team operations and staff performance
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and adherence to clinical protocols
- Train, coach, and develop triage staff while implementing process improvements
Required Qualifications
- B.S./B.A. or related work experience in a clinical setting
- 3+ years of clinic or triage RN work experience
- MN Registered Nurse (RN) License and WI Registered Nurse (RN) License within 120 days
