Job Summary

Bringing over 5 years of claims management experience, the fully remote Minnesota Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties to ensure effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Interact extensively with claimants and clients to ensure effective resolution and communication
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjuster's license in Minnesota or other relevant states
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
