Mirakl Dropship Specialist
Job Summary
Leading the dropship configuration and vendor migration for an enterprise client, the contract Mirakl Dropship Specialist will work approximately 10-20 hours per week, with increased hours during vendor migration, ensuring clean onboarding of existing and new vendors onto Mirakl as part of a Shopify transition.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement the dropship configuration, including catalog models and order workflows, during the discovery phase
- Configure Mirakl according to best practices and document all decisions while collaborating with the engineering team on Shopify integration
- Oversee vendor onboarding and migration, running pilots, preparing guides, and supporting the cutover process
Required qualifications
- At least three years of hands-on experience with Mirakl on the operator side, including implementation or professional services
- Experience leading or being a core member of two or more Mirakl Dropship launches from configuration to go-live
- Detailed knowledge of Mirakl back office functionalities, including catalog configuration and vendor onboarding processes
- Experience onboarding vendors at scale using EDI, API, and connector-based integrations
- Technical proficiency to work with Mirakl's APIs and communicate integration requirements effectively
