Job Summary
To support effective ministry, the part-time Mission Staff will engage in spiritual development, leadership training, and resource development while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development and maintain relationships within the church community
- Recruit and train volunteer leaders while modeling excellence in ministry activities
- Raise financial support and maintain good donor care practices to fuel the ministry
Required qualifications:
