Mission Staff - Washington
Job Summary
To support the ministry in North Whatcom County, WA, the part-time Mission Staff will engage in spiritual development, leadership training, and resource development, while actively participating in community outreach and support for high school and middle school ministries.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead spiritual development initiatives and foster relationships within the Young Life community
- Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders to build effective ministry teams
- Engage in direct ministry activities, including planning and conducting Young Life clubs and camps
Required qualifications:
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- Preferred college degree
- Active participation in a church community
- Experience in fundraising and donor relations is advantageous
