Job Summary

Seeking a Mississippi Licensed Agronomic Rep, the full-time remote Senior Agronomic Service Rep will lead cotton variety testing programs, provide technical expertise on cotton management practices, and collaborate with various teams to support product portfolio management and commercial strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and managing trials to evaluate FiberMax and Stoneville cotton varieties for regional placement
• Providing technical guidance on seed and trait portfolios, product management, and competitive offerings
• Developing training materials and conducting agronomic training for Seed Advisors, retailers, and growers

Required qualifications

• Thesis-based Master's Degree with at least six years of agriculturally related experience, or a Ph.D. with at least four years of experience in biological or agricultural science
• Strong technical knowledge of cotton management practices and seed/trait portfolios in the U.S
• Experience in designing and managing field-testing programs with expertise in experimental design and statistical analysis
• Ability to communicate complex agronomic information clearly through training and presentations
• Proficiency in using digital tools and AI for data analysis and communication improvement
