Job Summary

Seeking a Mississippi Licensed Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage a high volume of cases involving motor vehicle security interests, negotiate settlements, and handle litigation as necessary.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and resolve impound lien disputes and property damage claims with various stakeholders
• Engage in litigation and alternative dispute resolution when negotiations fail
• Review and analyze new assignments to determine the best resolution for clients

Required qualifications

• Must be a licensed attorney in Mississippi
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills
• Ability to manage a high volume caseload and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work in a fully remote environment and provide own equipment
