Mississippi Licensed Commercial Account Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a portfolio of business clients, the full-time Remote Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager will build relationships, manage policy servicing, and coordinate with Commercial Risk Advisors and carrier partners to ensure comprehensive insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for policy servicing and account support
• Manage policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and other service requests

Required qualifications

• Property & Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain one with agency support
• Client service, account management, or insurance experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
