Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and provide guidance on Medicare enrollment and coverage options
• Utilize provided leads and marketing resources to drive sales of Medicare and Life insurance products
• Complete training through Connie Academy and achieve sales milestones to earn bonuses and commissions

Required qualifications

• Active health license required; AHIP certification can be completed post-hire
• Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, auto, or insurance
• No prior Medicare sales experience required, but must have sold Medicare for less than a year if applicable
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude
• Comfortable using digital tools and sales platforms
