Mississippi Licensed Telehealth Physician

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth initiative, the full-time Mississippi Licensed Telehealth Physician will build strong relationships with patients, collaborate with healthcare advocates, and oversee patient care plans in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and utilize Solace systems and tools while providing clinical expertise in patient interactions
• Identify and prioritize patients' needs to maintain a streamlined care continuum
• Oversee patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare advocates, addressing social determinants of health

Required qualifications

• Board certification in family medicine, internal medicine, or a relevant specialty
• Mississippi residency and possession of a DEA license and HAP
• Strong clinical and organizational skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations, including elderly patients
• Technical proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
