Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the remote Medical Call Center Support Representative in Mississippi will verify patient information, assist with prescription benefits inquiries, and gather patient billing details while working any 8-hour shift between 8 AM and 10 PM EST, Monday through Saturday.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and perform outbound calls to assist patients with prescription benefits concerns
- Verify and gather patient information and medical billing details
- Operate in compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines
Required qualifications
- Must have high-speed internet and the ability to hardwire equipment
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 8 AM and 10 PM EST, Monday through Saturday
- Must maintain a distraction-free work environment
- Availability to work without time off for the first 90 days of employment
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a call center or customer service role
