Seeking Missouri and Illinois Licensed Attorneys, the full-time Environmental/Toxic Tort Litigation Attorneys will perform legal research, draft legal documents, and handle investigations and discovery while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform legal research and draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and motions
- Attend court conferences and manage client correspondence
- Handle investigations and discovery processes, including depositions
Required qualifications
- Licensed and admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois
- 2-6 years of experience in litigation, preferably in environmental or toxic tort law
