Missouri Licensed Appeals Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Missouri Licensed Appeals Supervisor will manage the processing and review of appeals, disputes, and reconsiderations while ensuring compliance with state and NCQA requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and track appeals, disputes, and reconsiderations to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
• Provide expert knowledge and guidance to the team for issue resolution and compliance with NCQA standards
• Evaluate team performance, offer feedback, and assist with onboarding and training of new team members

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years of related experience in managed care, appeals, or claims
• Strong understanding of contract requirements, policies, and performance standards
• Experience in coaching and developing team members
• Availability to work Central Time Zone hours
