Job Summary

To enhance behavioral health services, the full-time Missouri Licensed Behavioral Health Liaison will assess member clinical records, provide education and outreach to providers, and manage operational issues, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Interpret and present program results, developing data-driven analysis to measure effectiveness and ROI
  • Partner with staff and departments for provider education and outreach, identifying gaps and deploying educational efforts
  • Implement procedures for tracking and resolving operational issues between the provider network and community
Required qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health required
  • 4+ years of experience providing behavioral health outpatient care in a community setting or independent practice
  • Experience with assessment of treatment plans related to mental health and substance abuse
  • Experience with managed care, case management, utilization management, or quality improvement
  • Current licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist required
