Missouri Licensed Call Specialist
Job Summary
To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Missouri Licensed Call Specialist will engage in outreach and retention activities, conduct patient screenings, and provide information about the program while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outreach and engagement activities to enroll and retain participants in the All of Us research program
- Screen patients for eligibility, provide program overviews, and obtain informed consent
- Administer surveys, record data, and assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies
Required qualifications
- Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
- Knowledge of public health research and participatory research practices
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
- Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
