Missouri Licensed Case Manager
Job Summary
To support pediatric behavioral health, the remote full-time Missouri Licensed Case Manager will manage a caseload of clients aged 4 to 18, focusing on treatment planning, community resource linkage, and family support through positive coping strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide clinical case management services to children and families in their community settings
- Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by Master level clinicians and develop crisis plans
- Coordinate care with treatment teams and connect families to community resources
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- At least one year of applicable experience in case management
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record with applicable vehicle insurance
- Availability for 24/7 on-call support
- Ability to work with diverse teams and in various settings within the organization
