Job Summary

To support specialty drug management programs remotely, the full-time Missouri Licensed Clinical Operations Supervisor will oversee clinical case management activities, provide telephonic support to patients and providers, and ensure operational execution while fostering relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver telephonic support related to specialty drug management programs to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
• Lead high-touch case management activities to achieve quality results for specialty drug management programs
• Monitor program trends and operational barriers to enhance outcomes and workflow efficiency

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing or related clinical field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current, active Registered Nurse license in good standing required
• 2+ years of Nursing experience in Patient Care, Managed Care, Case Management, Medical Management, or Specialty Drug Management required
• 1-2 years of people leadership experience preferred
• Experience in medical management or billing functions within a health plan or pharmacy environment required
