Missouri Licensed Clinical Pharmacist
Job Summary
To support a Clinical Engagement Services Center, a Missouri Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will conduct telephonic consultations and comprehensive medication reviews while working remotely on a contract basis, with a schedule of Monday to Friday and rotating shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic consultations and comprehensive medication reviews with members
- Review medications and clinical information to identify gaps in care and therapeutic opportunities
- Provide patient education on medications and communicate clinical recommendations to members and healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in Missouri
- Active and unrestricted Missouri Pharmacist license
- Strong knowledge of disease-state management and the 5 Core Elements of MTM Services
- 1+ year of experience working remotely/independently in a cross-functional environment
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
