Job Summary
To enhance performance and quality within the Quality department, the full-time remote Manager, Clinical Quality Training will identify training needs, develop and evaluate training programs, and manage various educational activities for corporate and field staff.
Key responsibilities
- Manages training and educational programs for the Quality department
- Assesses and identifies training needs for individuals and groups
- Analyzes training program effectiveness and submits recommendations to management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care/insurance environment
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Experience with STAR measures and HEDIS
- Familiarity with training methodologies and adult learning styles
