Job Summary
To support compliance initiatives, the full-time Missouri Licensed Compliance Partner will conduct audits of medical records and healthcare claims, develop educational programs, and manage appeals for post-payment denials, all while working remotely from the Greater St. Louis area.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct audits of medical records and healthcare claims to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Design and implement educational programs to improve compliance outcomes for clients and staff
- Identify potential risks and recommend process improvements and controls
Required qualifications
- Associate or Trade School equivalent education
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Current RN license
- RHIA or RHIT certification
