Job Summary
Providing business function and application support, the full-time remote Missouri Licensed HIM Application Analyst will focus on enterprise health information management applications, including coding and clinical documentation improvement, while troubleshooting issues and enhancing HIM processes.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborates with management to identify and recommend improvements in processes and operations, developing project plans and workflows
- Creates and executes test plans for application upgrades and coordinates comprehensive application testing
- Addresses technology-related inquiries and incidents, utilizing BJC's incident reporting and tracking tool
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with SQL and analytical technologies
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Preferred: RHIA or RHIT certification
