Job Summary
As a Missouri Licensed Mortgage Originator, the remote opportunity will engage with clients to provide expert guidance on loan products, manage a pipeline of leads, and make outbound calls to generate new business while fostering strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls to discuss loan products and prequalification criteria
- Communicate loan progress to clients and collect necessary documentation
- Make outbound sales calls to generate new business and enhance client retention
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of mortgage sales experience with a proven track record
- NMLS-licensed mortgage loan originator with experience in various loan products
- Full understanding of FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage products
- Strong knowledge of consumer lending regulations, including RESPA and TILA
- Excellent phone sales skills with the ability to connect and guide clients
