Job Summary
To enhance virtual stroke care, the full-time Missouri Licensed Neurologist will provide neurological services, including acute stroke evaluations and consultations, while working remotely with a focus on inpatient rounding and patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct acute stroke evaluations and general neurology consultations for patients
- Perform inpatient rounding services at select facilities, managing assigned patients daily
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and access to care
Required qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board-Certified in Neurology
- At least two years of inpatient bedside experience
- Ability to work 14-hour shifts per month
- Experience with acute stroke management and consultations
- Willingness to work remotely and adapt to virtual care technologies
