Missouri Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

To support retrospective case management operations, the full-time Missouri Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage non-clinical work queues, communicate with healthcare professionals regarding documentation needs, and assist in high-cost case management tasks in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver follow-up messages to physicians related to case management documentation
• Manage high-cost case management and retroactive drug utilization cases, coordinating physician notifications and case documentation
• Perform retrospective case management for provider denials and low-clinical acuity cases based on clinical policies

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Licensed Pharmacy Technician required
• Preferred experience in Pharmacy, Hospital, or Managed Care settings
• Knowledge of benefits preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required
