Job Summary
Leading the Affordable Care Act Marketplace reconciliation for Individual Dental products, the full-time Missouri Licensed Quality Advisor will manage strategy execution, compliance readiness, and vendor oversight while serving as a quality reviewer and business advisor in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end ACA Marketplace reconciliation, including operational controls and discrepancy management
- Perform independent quality reviews of reconciliation processes and recommend improvements
- Oversee vendor performance and partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least five years of experience in healthcare insurance operations or related fields
- Experience with Affordable Care Act Individual Marketplace business and reconciliation processes
- Strong knowledge of operational controls, regulatory compliance, and root-cause analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
