Job Summary

Experienced in managing Auto and General Liability claims, the fully remote Missouri Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties for effective resolution, and provide exceptional customer service to claimants while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Auto and General Liability claims
• Interact extensively with involved parties to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
