Job Summary
Providing high-level financial analysis and support, the full-time Missouri Licensed Senior Financial Analyst will manage financial operations for Integrated Service Lines and Medical Cost Management Initiatives, focusing on clinical service line reporting and strategic financial planning in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, including clinical service line reporting, trend analysis, and forecasting
- Conduct variance analysis of budget versus actual results, providing explanations for significant variances
- Support the development and analysis of operating and capital budgets, as well as maintain decision support databases
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 2-5 years of relevant financial analysis experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Experience in healthcare finance is preferred
- CPA certification is preferred
