Job Summary

Leading a remote team of tax professionals, the seasonal Missouri Licensed Tax Advisor will recruit, train, and coach Virtual Tax Professionals while ensuring accurate tax outcomes and compliance in a fully virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train seasonal Virtual Tax Professionals on tax policies and virtual platforms
• Create and adjust team schedules while monitoring attendance and productivity
• Provide guidance on complex tax scenarios and support client escalations as needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in tax preparation and/or tax research
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coach remote teams effectively
• Flexibility to work extended or varied hours during the seasonal period
• Supervisory or people leadership experience
