Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth initiative, the full-time Missouri Licensed Telehealth Physician will build strong relationships with patients, collaborate with healthcare advocates, and oversee patient care plans to enhance health outcomes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Learn and utilize Solace systems and tools while providing clinical expertise in patient interactions
- Identify and prioritize patients' needs to maintain a streamlined care continuum
- Oversee patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare advocates, addressing social determinants of health
Required qualifications
- Board certification in family medicine, internal medicine, or a relevant specialty
- Current DEA license and HAP
- Strong clinical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, including the elderly and those facing social determinants of health
- Technical proficiency and adaptability to learn new systems and software quickly
