To support the delivery of integrated care for musculoskeletal patients, the part-time Missouri Licensed Teletherapy Physical Therapist will conduct remote therapy sessions and patient monitoring, starting with in-person brace fittings from their existing caseload.

Required qualifications
- Active physical therapist or physical therapist assistant license in Missouri
- Experience working in home health or another in-home setting
