Job Summary

Providing compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care, the full-time Missouri Licensed Therapist will offer virtual therapy to Medicaid-covered youth and families impacted by foster care, while collaborating with care advocates and maintaining clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual one-on-one therapy using evidence-informed, trauma-focused modalities
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop collaborative, measurement-based care plans
• Support clients through transitions and collaborate with non-clinical Care Advocates to ensure access to needed services

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) in Missouri
• Minimum of two years of experience providing mental health care to children, adolescents, or families
• Experience or strong interest in foster care, adoption, family preservation, or juvenile justice systems
• Familiarity with trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
