Job Summary

To support effective patient care, the part-time PRN Missouri Licensed Utilization Management RN will facilitate care management processes, optimize performance metrics, and collaborate on patient throughput in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the Mercy Care Management model for assigned inpatient populations
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and safety
• Monitor and optimize performance metrics related to patient throughput and care quality

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current nursing license in the state of residence
• 2-3 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and patient medical information
• Advanced computer skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
