Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will manage complex claims, analyze exposure, and ensure effective communication with all parties involved while providing exceptional customer service to claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Interact extensively with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, or Nebraska
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
