Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will manage complex claims, interact with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with policies while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve workers compensation claims
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process to ensure timely resolution
• Document claim activity and maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses in applicable jurisdictions
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Experience with claims and business software
