Missouri Patient Service Representative

Job Summary

To support the processing of Self Pay accounts receivable, the full-time Missouri Patient Service Representative will manage patient accounts, determine payment resolutions, and perform various administrative tasks in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts and resolve payment issues for Self Pay patients
• Perform administrative tasks such as scanning documents and processing loan payments
• Continuously develop skills and learn workflows to ensure accurate and timely processing

Required qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Prior experience in Revenue Cycle Management preferred
• Basic skills in Excel, Word, and computer usage
• Healthcare billing or insurance experience preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
