Job Summary
Providing comprehensive patient care in a fully remote capacity, the full-time MN/WI Licensed Nurse Practitioner will manage patient assessments, diagnose and treat illnesses, and support regional providers by reviewing in-basket folders to ensure optimal patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Access and review in-basket folders for assigned providers, dispositioning messages and results as needed
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, determine diagnoses, and prescribe appropriate treatments and medications
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and act as a resource for interdisciplinary staff while promoting effective communication
Required qualifications
- Master's degree from a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Two years of experience in primary care
- Current MN or WI Registered Nurse license and NP or PA certification
- BLS Tier 1 certification required within 180 days of hire
- DEA certification required upon hire
