Mobile Analyst
Job Summary
To support client digital initiatives, the contract Mobile Analyst will work remotely in the EST timezone, leveraging expertise in iOS and Android development to enhance digital capabilities and measure customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to enhance clients' digital capabilities through native application experiences
- Design and measure customer engagement experiences, providing insights into behaviors and journeys within applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new experiences effectively and advise on improvements based on data and business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in native iOS and Android development
- Experience with ecommerce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Ability to translate business needs into measurable digital experiences
- Proven track record of assessing and recommending improvements for existing implementations
- Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders
