Mobile App Growth Specialist
Job Summary
To drive full-funnel growth initiatives for a mobile application, the remote Growth Specialist - Mobile App will manage the growth roadmap, optimize acquisition channels, and develop experiments to enhance user engagement and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day app growth roadmap to increase installs, account creations, and active users
- Partner with Paid Media and Product teams to optimize acquisition channels and improve onboarding journeys
- Monitor campaign performance and conversion metrics using attribution and reporting tools
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience driving mobile app growth across all stages of the user journey
- Hands-on experience with App Store Optimization (ASO) and paid media channels
- Experience using mobile attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer or Tableau
- Strong analytical skills to turn performance data into actionable priorities
- Comfort using AI tools for growth research and data analysis
