Job Summary
Driving innovation in mobile technology, the full-time remote Mobile Engineer 4 - Android will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features for over 100 million customers while providing technical leadership and mentoring to other engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-performing, engaging mobile features in collaboration with software engineers, designers, and product managers
- Provide technical leadership in mobile architecture and design patterns while mentoring team members
- Lead the design and development of scalable client Backend-for-Frontends (BFFs) and Server-Driven UI (SDUI) architectures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field
- At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience
- At least 3 years of experience building native mobile applications for Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift)
- Proven experience with modern native UI frameworks (e.g., SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose)
- Demonstrated experience designing scalable mobile architectures and reusable component libraries
