Job Summary

Leading mobile engineering across a diverse product portfolio, the full-time Mobile Engineering Director will manage engineering managers, set technical direction, and foster a product-focused culture while working remotely within U.S. and Canadian time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee mobile engineering managers and establish strong relationships to support team dynamics
• Set architecture governance and ensure accountability for mobile delivery across multiple platforms
• Drive AI adoption and tooling efficiency while collaborating with Product and Design partners

Required qualifications

• Substantial experience leading mobile engineering organizations, including managing engineering managers
• Proven track record of setting technical direction and architecture governance across multiple product lines
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with experience representing engineering to stakeholders
• Experience in building hiring pipelines and developing engineering leads
• Comfortable operating through delegation and managing competing priorities
