Mobile Messaging Delivery Manager
Job Summary
To support the delivery of mobile messaging capabilities, the temporary MarTech Mobile Messaging Delivery Manager will manage the end-to-end execution of SMS, push notifications, and digital wallet messaging, facilitating Agile delivery while working remotely during EST hours.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management and stakeholders to gather requirements, author user stories, and maintain a well-groomed backlog in Jira
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive day-to-day execution by tracking progress, removing blockers, and coordinating across teams
- Coordinate story-level delivery across teams, ensuring readiness for production release and adherence to governance and compliance requirements
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an Agile delivery role such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst
- Working knowledge of SAFe Agile concepts and experience in the mobile messaging ecosystem
- Demonstrated experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and partnering with engineering/QA
- Experience using Agile tools such as Jira; Jira Align experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills for coordinating across a matrixed organization
