Mobility Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

Actively selling mobility services, the full-time Mobility Solutions Consultant will manage end-to-end relocation cases for employees receiving Lump Sum and Limited Benefit packages, providing consultative support and ensuring a seamless relocation experience in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relocation cases, acting as a trusted advisor on mobility benefits and planning
• Coordinate services with internal stakeholders and external suppliers while monitoring case progress
• Handle communications and maintain detailed records within company systems

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working directly with customers to provide tailored solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or case management systems
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• High School Degree or higher
